Discretionary Trustee Fee

2.00% per annum
Pay quarterly in arrears on the average balance
The client grants GRDA discretion to determine the portfolio asset allocation and content
A minimum fee of $3,125 per quarter.
A spread of 25 pips will be charged on all foreign exchange transactions
All other fees such as custody, administration, and wire fees will be standard direct client fees.

Advisory Trustee Fee

0.75% per annum
Pay quarterly in arrears on the average balance
The client makes all investment decisions but obtains advice on asset allocation and/or investments from GRDA
A minimum fee of $1,875 per quarter.
All other fees such as foreign exchange, custody, administration, and wire fees will be standard direct client fees.

ADMINISTRATION fees

Maintenance Fee

A quarterly maintenance fee of $750.00 per quarter shall be charged on all accounts above $1,000,000.
A quarterly maintenance fee of $1,250.00 per quarter shall be charged on all accounts that fall below $1,000,000.
A quarterly maintenance fee of $3,750 shall be charged per quarter on all PEP (Political Exposed Person) accounts.

Custodial Fee (for non trustee account)

Safe custody fee is charged on the market value of all assets held by clients in their trust accounts together with any other fees charged by GRDA’s sub-custodians
Applied quarterly in arrears
- Base rate up to US$5m : 0.35%
- From US$5m to US$10m : 0.25%
- From US$10m to US$25m : 0.15%
- Above US$25m : negotiable
A minimum charge of $650 per quarter
